Jimmy Ye

CEO

Jimmy is a progressive and transformative fintech entrepreneur and business leader with a deep understanding and passion for the financial markets, financial services industry and technology. He is a seasoned leader with a flair to innovate and rethink the status quo. 

Jimmy’s vision is to create technologies that enhance user experiences, allow businesses to grow and provide end users a product they love to use. With a degree in Economics & Finance from Australia’s prestigious Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and a background in Australian financial services that spans over 10 years, including serving as Responsible Manager for AFSL companies. 

Winson Cao

CRO

Winson is the founder and director of ACY Group of companies. He has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Queensland.

Winson started his professional career in 2004 where he held management positions for several large corporations across Telecommunication and Energy sector prior to working in the financial services industry.

After working for one of the leading CFD brokers for 6 years, Winson founded ACY with his business partner Jimmy Ye in 2013. Winson is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the group business. Overseeing the sales, finance, legal, and compliance function of the group of companies.

Winson leads the risk management framework strategy development, dealing directly with the regulators and delivering reporting obligations as the financial services licensee.

Ashley Jessen

COO

Ashley has been involved in the financial services space since the year 2000, and thrives in the challenges, complexity and diverse nature this industry throws at us, not to mention the constant innovation in the Fintech space.

From authoring the book CFDs Made Simple (published by Wiley) and contributing a chapter on Advanced Risk Management in The Wiley Trading Guide Volume 2, to speaking to audiences on trading strategies, marketing automation and business strategy, his skillset covers several key areas.

Jessen has been instrumental in building the sales & marketing operations of a number of financial services companies and has helped them take on a global presence.
